Peninsula Riverside

Bellway Homes are building 229 high quality riverside apartments in Peninsula Riverside on the southern part of the site. Peninsula Central

Located adjacent to the QE II Quay, to the south of The O2, Crest Nicholson, in partnership with Meridian Delta Limited a joint venture between Lend Lease and Quintain will build 305 one, two and three bedroom apartments. Work is expected to start in Spring 2008.

Peninsula Quays

Quintain Estates and Development PLC and Lend Lease (in joint venture as Peninsula Quays Limited) will carry out the proposed development of 3,000 homes on an approximately 22 acre site in the north west of the Peninsula, Peninsula Quays.
