Affordable housing

We’re building a place for people of all ages and backgrounds, socially diverse and inclusive – an engaging modern community.

We are working closely with the London Borough of Greenwich, the Housing Corporation, and Moat Homes and London & Quadrant, our housing association partners, to provide a range of affordable homes. Available through shared ownership and affordable rented schemes, these homes will be available to people on a range of incomes – key workers, students, the elderly and people needing sheltered and special needs accommodation.

These properties will be designed and built to the same standard as private-sale homes, but with a different specification, and will be externally indistinguishable. They will be located in each building throughout all the peninsula neighbourhoods .

They will be ‘lifetime homes’ that cater for the needs of people as they change over time.
