Greenwich Peninsula is going to be busy - with residents, people working here, visitors to The O2 and passengers using the transport interchange. It all adds up to a huge retail opportunity.

By 2010 there will be 16 stores in Peninsula Central ranging in size from 500 sq ft to 16,000 sq ft. That's an opportunity for coffee shops, restaurants, convenience stores, delicatessens, banks, pharmacies, bookshops and estate agents and lots more.

But that's just the start. Steadily increasing footfall and population over the next 15 years add up to superb retailing prospects and we’re planning to meet the demand with an eventual total of around 150 units, including a proportion in the local residential neighbourhoods.
